Prices and payment
Product prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). All items currently include free delivery within Australia. The order total and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you place your order.
If a price or availability error is identified, we will contact you before dispatch. We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot supply the agreed order, we will offer an appropriate refund.
Delivery
Our shipping page explains dispatch aims, delivery estimates, address requirements and delivery charges. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel before dispatch without a cancellation fee. After dispatch, the applicable returns process applies. Eligible change-of-mind refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee capped at $30 per return, customer-paid return postage and applicable outbound postage, including on free-delivery orders, calculated from the actual carrier postage paid to send the returned goods and explained on our returns page before purchase. The same outbound postage is not deducted twice. These policies do not limit your consumer guarantee rights.
Warranties and consumer guarantees
Any express warranty promised for a product is additional to rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Contact us about a product problem so we can assess it and explain the appropriate remedy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under Australian law.
Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not remove rights or promises that apply to an earlier purchase.
