Payment or refund questions
If payment and order status appear inconsistent, email info@prorope.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. Eligible change-of-mind refunds are returned to the original payment method after the disclosed restocking fee and applicable postage deductions. Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with the returns policy; your provider may need additional time to credit the funds.
