Change-of-mind returns: Eligible returns within 30 days of delivery are refunded less a 10% restocking fee, capped at $30 per return, and applicable postage. You pay return postage. For free-delivery orders, actual outbound carrier postage attributable to returned goods is deducted without markup. Paid original delivery is not refunded and the same postage is not deducted twice.
